Part 5: No Gaps
Flow Is Control
I say this often: “No gaps.”
A gap is when you move… stop… then move again.
In a real situation, hesitation costs you time. In training, hesitation breaks your focus.
Movement should be continuous. One action melts into the next.
Example:
Think of pouring water from one cup to another. The stream doesn’t stop halfway. It flows smoothly.
That’s how your transitions should feel.
Flow doesn’t mean fast. It means connected.
When you remove the gaps, you remove doubt.
